More about Our Day Programs

Participants join with a horse during our weeklong camps to learn more about riding and caring for their mounts. There is a daily riding lesson, as well as afternoon horse time that includes bareback riding and a horse show at the end of the week.

Our camps are small (usually 8 campers), allowing for a lot of individual attention from our certified riding instructors and facilitators.

Kids also help us make each week special by choosing from a number of activities that often include: observing horses at liberty, learning training techniques, bathing horses, water fights, exploring the ranch, barn chores, horse-related art and more!

We work to meet each child at his or her level, providing the right degree of challenge and support for each individual, and we help kids form positive friendships with other horse lovers.

Home School Program (On Demand): Ranch Schooling

In this ranch-based program, we harness the power of the horse to help children build thoughtful, respectful relationships with animals and peers.  By riding and handling horses on the ground, participants learn to regulate their energy and confidently communicate with the horse and others.  They gain solid horsemanship skills while learning what it takes to build trust and respect amongst themselves and the horses.

Our registered therapeutic riding instructors and mental health professional have well over a decade of experience teaching riding lessons and equestrian skills that emphasize social emotional growth and learning.  We cater to a wide range of ages (5 and up) by meeting each child at his or her level and by supporting more experienced riders in sharing their knowledge with others.

$50/half-day/child for group of 4 riders.
